MEET THE DOCTOR

Christina Bountouri is a General Family Physician and Graduate of School of Medicine from the University of Ioannina, Greece. She completed the specialty of General Medicine at the University Hospital of Ioannina.

Dr. Bountouri is a Doctoral candidate at the Medical School of the University of Ioannina and a Postgraduate student at the Greek Open University, currently undertaking a course on" Healthcare Management".

She is trained in Emergency Medicine and can provide immediate and effective treatment of life-threatening events (cardiovascular event , accident , poisoning,etc.).

Dr. Bountouri has worked as an independent medical Research Associate at the University Hospital of Ioannina. She participated and actively contributed in the scientific and research protocols of both the Nephrology Clinic and Hypertension Clinic.

Dr. Bountouri has also worked as an Assistant Physician of General Medicine at the General Hospital of Nikaia Piraeus "Agios Panteleimon.''

She has publications and presentations in Greek and foreign Medical journals and active participation in national and international medical conferences.
